Supervises and coordinates all operations and activities on assigned drilling, work-over, maintenance and repair programs. Includes preparing work schedules, directing the work of subcontractors and service companies, personnel involved in various operations, maintenance and repair activities and monitoring rig operational costs to enhance the overall efficiency within budgetary constraints.
Job Requirement
B. Sc. in an Engineering Discipline (preferably Petroleum or Mechanical) supplemented by courses in drilling technology; Valid IWCF Certification; 10 years experience in offshore (jack up) oil rig drilling operations; Computer literate, robust health and below 45 years of age Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
