Shall be responsible in handling a twin screw vessel and in positioning vessels next to platforms and towers; manages the crew; applies ISM Code and procedures for implementation of the code and Classification rules and survey requirements; Maintains good client relations and exercise overall control of all administrative and supervises maintenance activities on board the vessel..
Job Requirement
